How it works
It is all about a REQUIREMENT!
Requirement is a set of characteristics thought for a product, for instance, that can be splitted in: mandatory and desirable
Once it is very well discussed the design process begins! Very well defined requirements will result in a very good product, and the other around is also true

That's the idea in a napkin! Different configuration can be discussed with pros and cons until a consensus. AERO.ID supports the customer creating options and defining the more suitable solution
Once the solution is defined, an Engineering process starts to "put numbers" in the chosen configuration as wingspan, lenght and geometry, aspects connected to performance and functionality
As on of the AERO.ID's strenght, at this stage we prototype parts and pieces either in real size (the so called mockups) or scale (scale models). We use diverse materials and methods as 3D printing in plastics or resin, metal machining and laser cutted plywood
